Assign VLAN Yealink Phones

Method 1: Configure VLAN via the Phone’s UI

Access the Phone's Menu:

  • Press the Menu button.
  • Navigate to Basic > Advanced Settings.
  • Enter the Administrator Password (default is admin or check your configuration).

Go to Network Settings:

  • Navigate to Network > Advanced.

Enable VLAN:

  • Find VLAN (WAN Port) (for wired network).
  • Set VLAN Active: Enabled.

Enter VLAN ID 100:

  • Under VLAN ID, enter 100.

Set VLAN Priority (Optional):

  • If required, enter a priority level (default is 0 for standard traffic).

Save and Apply:

  • Select Save and Reboot the phone for changes to take effect.

Method 2: Configure VLAN via Web Interface

Find the Phone’s IP Address:

  • Press Menu > Status to find the IP address of the phone.

Access the Web UI:

  • Open a browser and enter http://<Phone_IP_Address>.

Login to the Web UI:

  • Username: admin
  • Password: admin (or custom password if changed).

Navigate to VLAN Settings:

  • Go to Network > Advanced.

Enable VLAN and Set VLAN ID:

  • WAN Port VLAN ID → Enter 100.
  • WAN Port VLAN Priority → Set priority if needed (0-7).

Save and Reboot:

  • Click Confirm and Reboot the phone.

Yealink Phone Passwords are generally admin/admin, admin/0000, admin/222222
